The Quezon City Pastoral Movement (QCPM), Inc. is a non-profit organization that transcends denominational boundaries to share the teachings of the Gospel and integrate its values within the Filipino community residing in Quezon City. Through a diverse range of outreach programs, community initiatives, and religious activities, QCPM endeavors to cultivate spiritual development and offer assistance to individuals and families within the local community. Mr. Liao laid the foundation for this organization in 1994, with a vision to create a supportive and nurturing environment where people can embrace and live by the principles of the Gospel.

Organizing Seminars and Conferences.
Extending wholistic help (BALIKATAN) to one another.
Reaching out to all ministers regardless of denominational affiliation.
Networking with all organization that will facilitate the transformation of the city.
Mobilizing churches to actively participate in the movement's activities, evangelism, and community development.
